Primary Function
&#61548；To develop and explore new business opportunities in the region
&#61548；To formulate regions’ strategies to meet overall organization’s goal and objectives
&#61548；To lead teams of Sales, Technology Application and Service in ensuring meeting region sales objectives/KPI
&#61548；To optimize the use of resources such manpower, materials and equipment to achieve region KPI
&#61548；To lead and motivate sales team to achieve or exceed region sales objectives
&#61548；To lead and manage Customer Service team to provide faster response and efficient support to customer after sales needs
&#61548；To lead and manage Technology Application team to provide engineering support to sales in achieving region’s sales objectives
&#61548；To lead region’s administration team in providing administration support to front line
&#61548；To provide coordination between region and headquarter based in Kunshan on all related activities

Main Duties & Responsibilities
&#61548；To translate organization’s goals and objectives into region strategies and action plans
&#61548；To ensure organization’s goals and objectives are met and if otherwise formulate contingency plans
&#61548；To delegate responsibility to manager to successful carry out such action plans and ensuring and monitor progress of such action plans
&#61548；To set up working schedules in ensuring meeting region and organization objectives/KPI
&#61548；Identify bottlenecks in related activity and make necessary contingency plans
&#61548；To identify and work with other relevant department and business unit for quality improvement
&#61548；To project manpower requirement and formulate recruitment plans for implementation
&#61548；To identify training needs for all region staff
&#61548；To Ensure company’s safety rules and regulations
&#61548；To carry out duties in accordance with quality policy, EHS control procedures
&#61548；To report all EHS concerns, incident and accident that would arise

Qualification
&#61548；Must have at least 8 years relevant experience in machine tools industry. Those without experience in machine tools, please DO NOT apply.
&#61548；Degree in Mechatronic or Mechanical or Electrical engineering with
