Main configuration and performance
1.采用液晶顯示數(shù)控系統(tǒng)，可根據(jù)不同工件的要求，編制及儲(chǔ)存多種熱處理工藝程序。
2.控制精度及自動(dòng)化程度高，熱處理后工件質(zhì)量一致性。
3.工件旋轉(zhuǎn)采用變頻無(wú)級(jí)調(diào)速。
4.床身采用鋼板焊接，整體去應(yīng)力處理。
5.圓柱形導(dǎo)柱，鍍鉻防銹處理。
6.不銹鋼檔板防水、防磁。
7.加熱、噴水、時(shí)間控制集中于機(jī)床控制系統(tǒng)。
1. Using liquid crystal display numerically-controlled system, which can organize and store various heat-treating process program according to requirements for different workpiece.
2. High control precision and automaticity, good consistency of heat-treating workpiece quality.
3. Using frequency conversion stepless governing for workpiece rotating.
4. Bed is welded by steel plate. It should be eliminated stress in total.
5. Cylindrical guide pillar--chromium plating and anticorrosive treating.
6. Stainless steel baffle-water proof and antimagnetic.
7. Heating, spraying water and time control are concentrated on machine control system.
