   主滑塊采用“V”形設計，兩側斜壓板采用合金鋼，經嚴格熱處理，故能保證在長期高速運作下的精密度與穩(wěn)定性。切斷機構有采用單“S”凸輪導板機構，其中心與切刀筒中心一致，可達到穩(wěn)固的剪短功能。退產機構采用電腦設計，加工的齒輪可達到退料快速平穩(wěn)的目的。夾鉗傳動機構采用行星齒輪結構，可嚴格控制鉗夾的翻轉、平移、可達到準確平穩(wěn)送料的功能。
   本設備配有氣動制系統，自動故障檢測系統及安全保護裝置，產生故障自動停機、調試方便，人機安全。
